micro ScoutCam™ 1.2 delivers remarkable image quality and boasts state of the art optics featuring an exclusive 5-lens objective and a proprietary CMOS sensor that are designed specifically for miniature dimensions. It was developed in accordance with the IEC 60601 medical standards (a series of technical standards for the safety and effectiveness of medical electrical equipment) and combines superb sensitivity and versatility to provide an up close view from a distance of up to 50mm (2 inches) away from the video camera head.

The Medigus camera division will be led by Yaron Silberman, PhD, VP Sales & Marketing, who has an extensive and well-rounded background in the high-tech medical device industry. In this role, he will lead the strategy and business development of the Medigus micro camera business.

Silberman is supported by Lior Lurie and Gal Golov, Business Development Managers, and Nitzan Kadmon, Marcom Manager. Lurie oversees its large medical device application business, while Golov is responsible for customer acquisitions and account management for industrial applications. Both managers cover the global market with focus on Europe, North America and Asia. Kadmon will handle marketing communications for the entire division. The camera business division benefits from Medigus’ well established resources including research and development, manufacturing, customer services and logistics.
